Is kimchi go bad?
Excuse me, I have a question about kimchi. I've noticed that it has a strong and unique flavor, and I'm wondering if it goes bad over time? I've had some in my fridge for a few weeks now, and I'm not sure if it's still safe to eat. I've heard that it's a fermented food, so I'm guessing it might have a longer shelf life than other vegetables, but I'm not sure. Could you please clarify this for me? Thank you!
